How do I pay for my assessments?

There are still numerous ways to pay your assessments. We encourage you to utilize the one that works best for you and your family!

Do I have to do anything if I am set up on ACH?

If you are set up on ACH, the only thing you need to do is provide authorization in the email from the bank. Residents will receive an authorization email from AAB (noreply@allianceassociationbank.com) upon transition. The email should arrive within the next few weeks.

  • Homeowners will be required to provide one-time authorization through this secure email to have their payments continue to be automatically withdrawn.
  • Homeowners that do not provide this one-time authorization will receive a follow-up message from AAB.
  • Homeowners who do not respond will be de-activated from automatic withdrawal and be required to re-register at ccmcnet.com/payment-options.

I have recurring payments set up through my bank, what should I do?

If you have it set up through your own bank, you will want to change the address so that it goes to the new bank. Please make sure to include the statement and write in your account number on the check. The new mailing address is:

I have recurring payments set up through Pacific Western Bank, what should I do?

If you have your recurring payment set up on Pacific Western Bank, you will want to cancel that. The best way to find out is to call them at 888-705-0600 and ask them how you can get that canceled.

Can I still make a payment online?

Absolutely! Please go to ccmcnet.com/payment-options. You will set up a user account as this is for the new bank site. Once you put in your address in Desert Mountain, follow the prompts for the following fields:

  • Management Number (6675)
  • Association number (700) 
  • Property account number (this would be on your statement and is unique to every property address)

If you aren’t sure what your property’s account number is please feel free to call or email us for that information. We recommend that you set up recurring payments, so you don’t have to remember to log in for each payment.

Please note that there is a fee to process e-checks ($2.95 per check) and to process debit/credit cards (credit cards are a 3.5% service fee; debit cards are a $5.00 flat fee).

Can I mail in my check?

Of course! Please make sure to include the statement and write your account number on the check. The new mailing address is:

I love seeing the staff at Desert Mountain, can I still drop off my check at the Association Office?

We love to see your face as well! You can continue to drop off your check here on-site, and we will continue to process that check for free!
