Who is CCMC?

The HOA is managed by CCMC, a professional master-planned community management firm. CCMC is headquartered in Dallas and serves more than 225 prestigious communities in 10 states, and brings more than 50 years of management experience to Desert Mountain.

CCMC maintains an on-site office at 10550 E. Desert Hills Drive.  Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the phone number is (480) 635-5600. Our on-site staff of 14 employees has had decades of experience serving the Desert Mountain Community and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. CCMC is charged with billing and collecting Association assessments, facilitating the Association's governmental and architectural review processes, supervising contractors that maintain the Association’s common areas, and preparing the Association budgets and financial reports.
